Viewing Homes

What to Expect

It is not uncommon for an Agent to arrange to visit a number of houses in one evening with the same clients. As a Buyer, this process can be very advantageous. By seeing a number of homes in one evening the different features of each home will be relatively fresh in your mind, hopefully make the homes on the whole easier to compare.

It is also recommended to write yourself notes about each home you visit, either during the visit or shortly thereafter. It is never easy remembering which house had the large deck and which had the spacious basement after seeing 10 similar homes in one night.

What can YOU do during home viewing?

Also, as an Agent, we really do want to hear feedback from the client after each house we go into. This ultimately helps us get a very good idea of what exactly you want from your new home. Not so much your requirements, (which hopefully we know by this point) but the "feel" of the home that you are really looking for.
